Note: Remember to use the white Information Key on the Front Panel to gain access to additional, important details about the current display message, such as jam clearing instructions and Supply's re-ordering information.

1. Remove the top cover.

2. Grip the levers at the ends of the toner cartridge that you want to replace. Rotate the locking levers to the unlocked position and lift the toner out. Discard toner cartridge as normal office waste.
   

3. Remove the new toner cartridge from its packaging and shake the toner 6-8 times to distribute the toner evenly

4. Align the toner cartridge with the corresponding color and place it into the individual slot.

5. Grip the levers at each end of the toner cartridge with your fingers and then push down lightly to rotate the levers until the toner clicks into the locked position.

6. Pull the toner seal straight up to remove it.

Note: Pull the toner seal straight up. Pulling the toner seal diagonally may tear the seal.

7. Replace the top cover.
